George Mason University’s Department of Criminology, Law and Society invites applicants for the tenured position of Professor to start August 2020. George Mason University is a doctoral research university designated by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education as an institution of “highest research activity”.
Required Qualifications: The Department is seeking candidates with significant accomplishments in research, teaching, and service who currently have a dynamic research agenda in any area(s) of criminology, criminal justice, law and society, or related areas. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in a related discipline and be tenurable at the rank of full professor at Mason.
Deadline: Review of applications will begin on October 31, 2019, but will continue until the position is filled.
Applications must include a cover letter, CV, and no more than three representative research articles.
